Mr. Besaw has over 20 years of experience working in real estate. In the last five years, his specialty has become development and commercial real estate, closing more than $100 million in commercial transactions. His in-depth knowledge of working with local municipalities helps coordinate zoning and planning issues that sometimes can be a barrier to a transaction’s success. He has negotiated transactions with both local and national clients, always making his clients’ interests his highest priority.
